Tonsils

You wouldn't know it to look at her, but my sweet little girl snores like a lumber jack. (I've never actually heard a lumber jack snore, but I assume they are pretty loud) She also stops breathing while she sleeps so we decided it was time to get her tonsils out.

She wasn't nervous

They take them to surgery in this little wagon. They let her take her blankie too.

She wasn't very happy after and even the Popsicle didn't help.

She just wanted her daddy, and to go home.

She slept most of the way home.
She had a good day. She slept a lot, had 5 bowls of ice cream, at least 6 Popsicles and had several bowls of soup. She probably ate better today then most days.
Lets hope tomorrow goes as well.

Poor girl. My sister just younger than me had to have her tonsils at when she was young too because she also snored like a lumberjack.

Oh, sweet girl! We did that last year, so I feel for her!! And her mom. Wish her a sweet recovery!

poor thing. We have been there, my Quinn also snored like a lumber jack and would stop breathing scared me to death! We had his tonsils out when he was 2 - it was rough, but it made such a difference. I hope she won't be cutting down any more trees when she sleeps :)
